Business Valuation Training

October 10, 2025

On October 10, 2025, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) conducted a practical training course on “Business Valuation” for 30 entrepreneurs and business owners. The session featured expert speakers including Mr. Chann Veasna, Managing Partner of APV (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.; Ms. Chun Sothany, CEO of MVU Investment Plc.; Mr. Thai Nha, CEO of Canadia Securities Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Khov Engleng, Investment Manager of Emerging Markets Investment Advisers.

Entrepreneurs Gain Real-World Valuation Skills at YEAC’s Business Valuation Training

The course equipped participants with a solid understanding of three key valuation approaches — the market approach, the asset approach, and the income approach. Through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, participants learned how to apply valuation formulas, source relevant financial data, and assess qualitative factors that numbers alone cannot capture.
