The Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) was launched in September 2009 by a team of passionate Cambodian young entrepreneurs from various business sectors. It was established as a volunteer-driven non- profit organisation with the ambition to empower young entrepreneurs and enhance youth entrepreneurship. We firmly believe that a country’s next-generation economy’s progression largely depends on the young professionals’ readiness to become entrepreneurs and business leaders, thereby contributing to its economic growth and general development.

On January 29, 2021, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) held their “Annual General Meeting 2020” and conducted the election for a new President and Board of Directors (BoD) for the mandate 2021 to 2023. Mr. Seang Sopagna was elected as the President of the YEAC for this new mandate. In total, 19 BoD received supports and votes from all members to lead YEAC from 2021 to 2023. Each BoD member is part of a dynamic group who support YEAC’s Vision and Mission and 6 Strategic Priorities – Access to Debt & Equity financing, Digital & Inclusive MSMEs, Skilled Workforces, Conductive SMEs Policy, Market Access and Resillion & Sustainable Association.
